windows host agent dropped connection because of access permissions

Hello,

I'm getting below error from Host configuration:
(Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permissions.)

Zabbix Agent has been installed on windows host and service is up
ZBX icon is red and no data collected from host
what access permission should i do.

You can check "Server=..." parameter in zabbix_agentd.conf on the Windows host - does it match the actual Zabbix server hostname (or IP address). If there is a hostname, try to put Zabbix server IP address in "Server=..." parameter. Also you can try DebugLevel=4 in zabbix_agentd.conf to see how it looks from agent side.

already server IP added and i changed DebugLevel to 4, but still not working

You can look into zabbix_agentd.log file on the Windows host are there lines like "connection from "xxxxx" rejected, allowed hosts: "yyyy".
