No graphs for SNMP Device

Hey forum,

as i´m just starting with Zabbix and monitoring it might be stuppid questin, but right now i don´t find a solution. In the moment i´m using Zabbix to monitor our Windows hosts and switches which works for the moment, my big problem are my gateways. i have two dsl lines attached to gateways from the german manufacturer Bintec Elmeg.

Both have configured SNMP read community zabbix and from both i get informations from the categories general and status so i think the SNMP communication itself must be correct and running. When i try to monitor the interfaces with MRTG i get them, but in Zabbix they are missing right now.

I´ve activated this templates right now:

- Template Module EtherLike-MIB SNMPv2
- Template Module Generic SNMPv2
- Template Module HOST-RESOURCES-MIB SNMPv2
- Template Module Interfaces Simple SNMPv2

I´ve also found some informations that it might be a problem with the snmp order as i found under http://faq.bintec-elmeg.com/index.ph...ement_Protocol), but that also didn´t help rught now.

Does anybody know how i could fix this issue or where i could find informations in Zabbix why i don´t get the interfaces?

Is there nobody outside how has an idea how to query the interfaces if my gateways? I´ve tried snmpwalk and also the Paessler SNMP Tester, both see the interfaces but zabbix doesn´t. Is there any logfile which i could check whats going wrong during SNMP query?
