Zabbix actions not triggered

Hi all,

We are having a weird behaviour:
Since the beggining of the installation we had been capable to create different actions and triggers related
Everything has worked fine till 2 weeks ago. Since then, zabbix is not triggering any action (mail, scripts, custom actions,....)

No changes has been done on infrastructure, neither on OS

Anyone can help us?

From what I understand, the triggers are firing/recovering as intended, but no actions are getting executed?
Are you seeing anything in Reports - Action log?
