Zabbix 4.0.3 lagging after upgrade from 3.2.4

Hello,

I upgrade my Zabbix from 3.2.4 to 4.0.3 yesterday, I immediately realize the graph is almost lagging for more than half an hour to show up, it was only less than a couple of minutes before. Is this normal for version 4?

Did it catch up? If not, there is a bug with windows agent active items.

Yes, it did, after a couple of hours. Is there any reason why?
