Agent error "Connection refused"

Hi all,

I've got a agent set up on a ESXi host. 6.0
The firewall on the host is allowing port 10050. I've added the zabbix servers IP in vshere to allow the connection. I've given it the linux os template at the moment ,but I'm getting "Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[X.X.X.X]:10050]: [111] Connection refused" on the agent.
I have disabled the firewall and it works fine, so pointing towards a firewall problem. Has anyone come across this before?

Got it. I had reboot my host, Which for some reason has wiped of my agent. Best practice then for vmware, agent or snmp?

same problem with zabbix proxy on centos or ubuntu on vmware
Other solution without host reboot? I cant't to do
