Agent install error libcrypto-1_1-x64 was not found

Hi all,

I've downloaded the agent 4.0.0-Windows-amd64-OpenSSL. When I install it I get a "system error" stating "The code execution cannot proceed because libcrypto-1_1-x64 was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
I get this error on Windows server 2012/16/19. Is this a bug?

Looks like a bug in the package. OpenSSL is not statically linked. I'll ask.

It is planned to be fixed in 4.0.4 packages. Today 4.0.4rc1 was released, so it should not take too long.

Install OpenSSL on your host, it should fix the problem.

Yes. Packages are with and without OpenSSL.
