Can Active Zabbix Proxy proxy Simple Check?

Can Zabbix Proxy proxy Simple Check (icmp, net.tcp.service, etc...)?
My Zabbix Proxy is in active mode.

Zabbix have no data when use simple check via proxy.

Zabbix agent (active) work fine.

Yes, Zabbix proxy is able to process simple checks the same way server is. It doesn't depend to the mode of proxy (active/passive). By default active proxy requests for configuration every hour (ConfigFrequency=3600). Do you think that might be an issue? Also it depends on how often server is reloading it's configuration from the database, by default - every minute (CacheUpdateFrequency=60).

Active/passive proxy is only about how prosy communicates with server. This factor does not change anything about how agent less metrics data are obtained.
Simple checks are done only by server or proxy where point where monitoring data are obtained depends on how host is monitored (over proxy or not).
