    Monitor CPU Temperature

    Hello everyone,,
I have an asrock b450m pro 4 motherboard with a amd 1700x running my home lab. I want to monitor the cpu temp with zabbix but i am running out of ideas. I don't have IPMI and i am waiting the hour to see if SNMP will grab it after upcoming movies netflix free trial free netflix i applied the snmp template to it. I hate seeing it captured by the bios but not figuring out away for zabbix to get it. Any ideas or is this just not possible? I have done a ton of other research so please hold off on the flames.

    Hey there,
    This shuld help - http://www.lattepanda.com/topic-f11t3004.html
I was not able to get actual CPU temperature from WMI, only thermal zones on MB, but you can give it a try:

    From CMD:

    wmic /namespace:\\root\wmi PATH MSAcpi_ThermalZoneTemperature get CriticalTripPoint, CurrentTemperature,InstanceName

    Working...
