jhboricua another question. Do you normally make partition in Zabbix Proxies too?

Proxy should not contain that much data, where it would need partitioning... It is a temporary place to gather all the data before sending it over to server...

After partitioning everything fine, trends had 2018 data when we said 1year storage.. partitioning moved it and then script deleted it in nothing.

It no longer overload the server when the Housekeeping process is running and no more false positives on alarms.

Is there a template to monitor that the script is generating the tables?

If not, the only thing I can think of is to launch the query, do a parsing with regex with 3 or 4 days in the future, so in case of failure, give time to check why it is not creating the new partitions.
