Trigger Prototypes Problem

I'm new at ZABBIX.

I would like to add new trigger prototypes in an existing template
The template attach about a associated a lots of devices.

I create a new trigger prototypes on existing template, set all parameter and press ADD after this i gets a blank screen - without confirmation of the action.

What i missing?

After you click "Add" it should navigate you to the discovery rules list. If not - check your web server error log for any errors. Just in case, here's the link explaining the details of process.

What's your PHP version? I think it is worth the ZBX, there are some suspicious places in the code that handles this. Let me know the issue number if you decide creating one.

Can you tell the exact Zabbix version and Frontend OS/version? And perhaps you could export and attach the problematic host? Or is it also happening with an empty host?

Can't reproduce it. I have imported the hosts and everything is working fine: I can edit the trigger prototype in the template, clone it, change it, no errors. If you manage to get more details please let me know.
