Triggers do not generate actions

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie to Zabbix but I absolutely love it so far. I've had an issue in which triggers are not generating actions (in my case, emails). I have Zabbix configured so that problems are generated correctly when something happens, but those problems don't cause any actions. Here's what I've checked:

• The trigger is enabled
• The action is enabled and configured to email everyone in the admin group immediately.
• My user is in the admin group
• The only condition on the action is to ensure that only Warning level problems and above cause notifications
• I have my email address configured in my account, and it is enabled for all problem severities, all times of the day, and every day.
• My SMTP settings are correct; I use the same settings on other systems.

Here is what the Problems table shows when an example problem occurs:


As you can see, no actions are generated.

Make sure that user group which is mentioned as a recipient in your action, has at least read permissions to the host group in which this npweb host is.

I have the same problem and I couldn't solve it. Detail: All trigger actions are triggered by the Super-Admin user. Can anyone help me?
