    CPU Monitoring

    Hi,

I am new to Zabbix and need some help with respect to CPU Monitoring

From SNMP Walk i get the following values -

    ssCPURawuser - 163556
    ssCPURawuser - 0
    SSCPURawSystem - 121974
    ssCPURawIdle - 72493822

This is a dual proc machine running Linux Redhat AS 4.

I have configured ITEMS in the zabbix console and getting the above values in the Inventory.

    I need the following -

    1) Values in %
    2) A Graph which combines all values and displays them in a single graph.

    TIA,

    Ravi

I can't help you with that snmp thing. In general, zabbix only stores tha data it gets. So if you'd like to have % values, you have to search the fitting snmp-vars (or use other methods for getting them).

      The graphing thing:
      1. In frontend go to [configuration] / [graphs]
      2. Click "Create Graph"
      3. Enter name, confirm by clicking "save"
      4. Click "edit" in the Graph listing
      5. Now add all the items you wish to have in here.

You can watch this graph later in [monitoring] / [graphs]...
      Big ZABBIX is watching you!
(... and my 48 hosts, 4513 items, 1280 triggers via zabbix v1.6 on CentOS 5.0)
