Zabbix 3.4.7 to 4.0.4 upgarde - dashboard totally out

We did a test upgrade from 3.4.7 to 4.0.4. After the upgrade the server is able to run.
However when we go to the dashboard, the screen is totally out. The layout is not correct.

I have attached the pdf that screen capture the screen.

Any idea what happen?

I think it is advised to restart a browser or even a web server after upgrade.

I tried to restart the zabbix server and clear the cache of Chrome and IE browser, still having the same issue. The dashboard layout is totally out.

After many attempt of refresh in IE 11 browser the dashboard came out but it is not the payout of the version 3.4.7 that we have set.
Also the Configuration and Administration part is totally missing

I am using the standard login admin which have super admin rights.

And for Chrome, it does not work at all. The layout is still totally out. I tried to clear the cache, refresh it many times. Nothing works.

For IE, once I logout and logon again, the dashboard issue goes back to the same issue. the layout is totally out again. This is very bad for the upgrade. It should be simple and straight forward. I have been using this tool since version 1.x and this upgrade is so far the worst.

If you face layout issues please ensure that you reseted browser cache (Ctrl+R, or clear browser cache through developer console). If issue still persist please check developer console "Network" tab and ensure that files with extension .css are loaded correctly from web server. If you are using some kind of web server requests cache software please ensure it is cleared.

In case all steps done please attach screenshot (image file) with "Console" tab open.

By using the developer console and check on the codes, I notice one the .css was missing. I copied the missing one back and now the layout is correct. I will continue to test out. Thanks for the information.

According attached screenshot i assume you opened frontend as "Guest" user which does not have rights for Administration part at all.
Did you used "HTTP Basic Authentication" in your previous version of frontend? If so please refer to authentication http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/...authentication.
