Frondend dont listen on port 80

Hi all,

i have the lastest versio of zabbix appliance.
The server is configured with static ip; i ping outside but a cna't access to the frontend page; i have also specify my ip in apache file config, but when i do "nestat -an" i see 0.0.0.0:80.....praticaly the frontend its not listening.

I try to access the front end from the same network, so is not a firewall rules problem.
