CPU Load Graph Empty

hi there,

new to Zabbix, so please don't assume that I know anything or have already checked

I have setup a simple Zabbix setup, 2 linux servers, 1 running zabbix server+ zabbix agent, monitored using Template App Zabbix Server for monitoring & Template OS Linux, the other running zabbix agent monitored using Template OS Linux.

In Graphs, I can see a few reports from the client machine such as "CPU Utilization" or "CPU Jumps" show active data which confirms the agent and the server are talking and the client is feeding the server with data.

The graph "CPU Load" shows up as empty, which doesn't make sense to me. I can see the CPU Load for the Zabbix server however, just not from the client.

Where can I begin my troubleshooting please.

Hello and welcome!

For a start you can do the following:
Please have a look at "Monitoring -> Latest data" and select the problematic host in top right dropdown.
In the list please search for "system.cpu.load" and see if it is present, when was the last check and whether it has a green or red info icon. If the icon is red, mouse over it will show you a hint what is wrong and why is the data missing.

Based on this you should be able to troubleshoot this problem or have any further clues.
