missing mysql db package for zabbix 4.x?

there's a package called zabbix30-dbfiles-mysql.noarch

but there doesn't appear to be an equivalent package for zabbix 4, looking here, I don't see anything.

I am creating a brand new zabbix server instance and have these packages:
zabbix-agent-4.0.4-1.el7.x86_64
zabbix-server-mysql-4.0.4-1.el7.x86_64
zabbix-web-4.0.4-1.el7.noarch
zabbix-web-mysql-4.0.4-1.el7.noarch
zabbix-web-pgsql-4.0.4-1.el7.noarch


but there doesn't appear to be a DB setup script in any of them :-(

They changed the name and merged them somewhere along the way, look for /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql-4.*/create.sql.gz . It's part of the zabbix-server-mysql rpm.

aha, right, I see it now, thanks, yup, I can decompress and see the SQL
/usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql-4.0.4/create.sql.gz

Hi

I'm new here and just installed from *.deb packages into my server.
All goes fine except the create.sql.gz file is missing in the downloaded packages, so unable to get sql configured.

File is NOT in /usr/share/doc/zabbix-server-mysql*/create.sql.gz as it is supposed to be.
(File does not show up on a global search on the server either.)

Where do I get it pls.
