HTTP service check is not working

I'm running version 2.2 in a Linux server running Apache, using the Template App HTTP Service I got the alert even if apache is working fine, the expression is :

{Template App HTTP Service:net.tcp.service[http].max(#3)}=0

Any suggestion about what could be?

look into logfiles.
It is difficult to tell without seeing the logs.
