    Running out of disk space

Hello - new Zabbix user and I've inherited a 2.2.1 server running on Ubuntu 12.04.4 that is filling up it's logical volume group. I've searched the forums and tried some suggestions (enabled housekeeping, etc) but for some reason the server is filling up the 275GB volume. Any ideas on what to check or adjust settings for (maybe decrease the housekeeping days from 365)? Since it's a pretty new install, is there a way to purge the logs?

    Any tips or thoughts appreciated....

I don't know your config - but do not store too much data.
I personally store performance data for one week, and we replaced housekeepr with DB partitioning. It is very rarely when someone needs real performance data more than one week old. This normalized database size to about 12Gb ( 1247 hosts, 72003 items, 26676 triggers )
Also - you don't need performance data every minute - for most practical reasons once in 3-5 minutes is enough.
Logs can be purged by cat /dev/null >/var/log/zabbix_server.log , but zabbix could be configured to rotate logs and it does it well.
