For no known reason Zabbix has stopped sending out any emails for alerts. I created a trigger to test this and no emails are being generated. I can find absolutely nothing in the logs. I have changed nothing in my smtp settings. The last email I received was Saturday. Any hints regarding what I need to try would be appreciated.

Because of the fact I use the same relay server for many other systems and they are all working fine. More importantly the relay server logs show no emails received from the Zabbix server.Comment

Did you check relay logs about presence of some connections from zabbix server?
