Zabbix actions problem not taking actions!

Hi i have problem with my zabbix. Yestarday i just reboot the server and from now i cant sending sms via gnokiiscript. I can sending yesterday but after reboot i cant. I have check all conditions, users group and group premissions. The trigger is showing the problem but zabbix do nothing! in actions i set condition to the trigger value = problem, send message to the user(user have good phone number and enable that media type [gnokiiscript]).I also set send message to the user xxxxx. When the problems showing on dashboard there is no actions. No good or bad actions just showing - and thats all. I have readed thats post:

not helped. Device with ttyACM0 (telephone device) has been set to the chmod 777. What im doing wrong?: (

Try to use zabbix user locally to test.
