Does it correct, trojan in zabbix_get.exe?

Hi
I downloaded Zabbix agent to my win 2016 server from a link https://www.zabbix.com/downloads/4.0...6-win-i386.zip
When I was trying to unpack arch, I got a strange message with link to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi...6&enterprise=0
Can somebody explain to me why it happened?

Windows 10 with all updates (as of today) did not find threats in that archive.

I have received such an answer from windows defender analyst:

Open command prompt as administrator and change directory to c:\Program Files\Windows Defender 2. Run “MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures” 3.
