"Zabbix agent" vs "Zabbiz agent (active)"

    Here is my topology:

One Zabbix server and multiple remote Windows servers.
Initially I installed the Zabbix Windows agents locally on some local servers for testing and I was getting all the monitoring information.

However when I deployed the agents on the remote servers and after changing the "Items" in "Template OS Windows" from "Zabbix agent" to "Zabbiz agent (active)", "Disk Space usage" & "Network Traffic" drop down menu in Monitoring --> Graphs, have disappeared !

I only have now the "CPU load" and "Memory usage" and they are getting data from the remote servers, but not anything else!
    Thanking you in advance.

On your monitored servers, in the zabbix_agentd.conf file, do you have ServerActive= defined with your Zabbix server IP?

Active checks work off of that value. If it is not there, put it there and then restart your Zabbix agent(s)

Also when using Active Checks, if you have the Hostname= field populated in your zabbix_agentd.conf file, that name has to be an exact match (including casing) to the name you have for the host in the Zabbix frontend.

(If you use host Auto-Registration, then you would not have anything in the Hostname= field)

Yes, I did all of that.
The "CPU load" and "Memory usage" are reporting fine from all the servers, but I do not have the "Disk Space usage" & "Network Traffic" options !!!

It's quite possible that Disk Usage & Network Traffic graphs use the items which automatically created from Low Level Discovery.
Check Discovery rule - may be you didn't change the Prototype settings from "Zabbix Agent" to "Zabbix Agent(active)"
        Sincerely yours,
        Aleksey

You can try deleting one windows server and then add it back.

If you changed the type of an LLD item prototype, it may not change on the already discovered items.

I suspect, that if you go to latest data and click "show items without data" you will see that the missing items just stopped collecting at some time in the past.
