    How to send notification when space disk goes below 10%

    Hi, I'm new to Zabbix, and I'm sorry if I ask a simple question.
    I use Zabbix 4 on ubuntu 16.
    I need to set up an email notification when the disk space goes below 10% for the servers in a group. I configured the user with the email, I configured the item and the trigger (both are prototypes), but I can't get actions to send the email when the event occurs. I don't understand what I'm wrong.

    The user and the email work.

    I have a working version of this on Zabbix 4 using CENTOS, so I hope I can help here. Just to confirm, you ARE getting the 10% space alerts in the dashboard, they just are not triggering the email, correct?

    Assuming that is correct, and the triggers are triggering properly, go into Configuration>Actions and make sure you are looking at the eventsource Triggers. From there, select your notification action and paste in the forum the conditions you set. It may also help to provide the trigger name and expression that is triggering successfully, so we can help verify the conditions set are correct.

      Hi and thank you for your answer.
      I confirm that the alert appears in the dashboard, but the email alert doesn't arrive.
      Now I paste here my setting for the action.
      I used the "trigger name", is maybe this the error? I didn't find other mode to use this triggers.
      Other questions: I must create a new condition for any server I want to monitoring? I can't find how use the group.

        Instead of "trigger" and "equals", use "trigger name" and "contains". If you keep the rest as is, and just change those two parts in the condition, it should start working.

            Perhaps it is an errant space or something? Try copying the trigger name and pasting it into the value field, to confirm? I mean that should work....Here is a copy of my Actions and I have it trigger on three different criteria:

              Also, when you say the user and email work, can you explain how you tested? Did you send a test email inside Zabbix to confirm the email media type is setup correctly?

                I'm sur that user and email works because if I create an actin for the delivery and set to send and email to the same users, the email arrive correctly...
                I don't know why the action with email in the trigger doesn't work I already copy-paste the trigger name...
                Do you insert any conditions under the "Operations tab"?

                    Perhaps I went too far in my assumptions now that I read your response, but I thank you for confirming that the media type is proven resolving correctly.

                    Yes, under the Operations Tab, for the Operations section you have to add the send message to user (or user groups, which is what I do).

                    Go to add Operation, then under operation details, choose operation type send message. Then click add in the appropriate field (Send to User groups or Send to Users) and then select the group or user to send it to. Once that is setup, press the Add button, then update (I always forget to press the Add button). When it is done, is should look something like this:

                      No, mine is also from a trigger prototype. It is definitely something with the action setup.

                        unfortunately was already setting, but nothing arrive
                        "Invia notifiche" is my media type for email that with discovery actions works...
                        Now I'll try to recreate the actions again...

                          The problem appear on the dashboard... but no email

                              Hi scuba. I'll try to set as you screen, but I need email only for disk space alert.
                              However, is strange for me to see that there is no actions setting for the disk space trigger, as attacched image.
                              Any idea?
                              The actions was created yesterday.
