    Hello and welcome!

Some comments and advice on your situation:
    1. Just curious, why do you use multiple ports (10050 and 80) for your agent interfaces? In normal situation you need just 10050.
    2. You don't have to fill in all information in Zabbix configuration fields. For example you don't have to provide username and password to ping a host. Moreover, never ever display your usernames and passwords and domains here in forum or elsewhere. Just a friendly reminder for the future.
    3. About the ping itself - it is not very useful to ping an IP address from the same IP. It would be much better if you created a ping item on another host or even Zabbix server itself that would ping your server. Please read more on simple checks here (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../simple_checks)
    4. Try using more simple key, something like icmppingsec[192.168.65.80,,,,100,] Do you really need to specify all of the parameters?
    5. Set s not ms for units.
    6. Give the item a name Ping $1 . You will like it.
    7. There is no need for flexible interval if it is still available all the time. Update interval is completely enough.
    8. History storage period - do you really need to fill up your database with history for 90 days? A week or two is enough for any data, especially ping.
    9. And after all that if you still get zeros - refer to the manual where it is said "If host is not available (timeout reached), the item will return 0." Is your host really reachable?

    Best Regards,
    Ingus

      and one more small note:
as I can see on your graph, the slider is sitting in the middle of graph, not on far right side.
It means that you see the data from old period of time, not the actual one.
      Sincerely yours,
      Aleksey

I've already used port 10050, everything's still zero, so I tried other ports (80, 21...)

Zabbix server is 192.168.69.112, it can reach 192.168.65.x

zabbix server can reach network 69.x and 65.x, i've already read your manual, still no luck. All hosts are available

Well, looks like it's time to read LOG-files.

Please, change the DebugLevel=4 in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf and restart the server.

If you will see any error messages about 'ping' - check it.
Sometimes in some environment and OS'es, fping utility has to be configured individually.
          Sincerely yours,
          Aleksey

I re-setup everything from the beginning, I create item again and it works!

            Thank you for your support
