    Can we see zabbix_agent.conf?
    It looks like you not correctly configured keywords:

    Code:
    Server=
    ServerActive=
    For passive check it has to be
    Code:
    Server={ip_of_zabbix_server}
    #ServerActive=
    (commented ServerActive)
    For Active check it has to be
    Code:
    Server={ip_of_zabbix_server}
    ServerActive={ip_of_zabbix_server}
    Sincerely yours,
    Aleksey

        1) check firewall / iptables on agent and on server sides
        2) check SElinux on both ends.
        Sincerely yours,
        Aleksey

          SELinux is fully disabled.
          Iptables turn off

          Client

          FW allow IP full access from the server
