[Zabbix-Server 4.2] items.php | 403 Permission denied

Hi everyone,

for some hours now I'm struggling with a problem.

I just wanna create an item to analyse log files on my hosts. This is how the item looks like.


If I press "Add" I'm getting "403 / Permission denied" error. lol.


I tried nearly everything but nothing helps. File permissions of /usr/share/zabbix/items.php are set to 644, I set it for testing to 777 - but didn't work. Did you ever see it?
Any help would be really awesome!

I installed the frontend like it's written in the official documentation. SELinux is disabled.
