how to add device on zabbix 2.2.4

i'am a new user of zabbix , and i want to add my cisco router
and my cisco switch in to zzabbix to monitor them,

but there is no user guid about it , can any body help me to found that to
how to add a cisco switch and cisco router on snmp and monitor them ?
