Zabbix cannot force close problem

Hello, anyone know how to close the problem in zabbix since the close problem click box can't click. Also, the allow manual close still cannot click.

Hi,

You have to enable the manual close option for this trigger in the template and wait till the low level discovery rule runs again to apply the changes to all relevant triggers.
