Hi all
In order to make use of the native partitioning-feature of PG11, we recently updated our integration to this version. Also, the latest zabbix-version 4.2.2 is used.
After the change we saw a lot of locks on the tables, making our cmdb-sync-script (pyzabbix which syncs all hosts from the cmdb-sync with zabbix) very very slow!
We tried all combinations of version, and it all comes down to this db-update. It seems that there is something different in PG11 than in our previously used version 9.6
Has anybody faced the same issue, and have you been able to resolve it
we would greatly appreciate your help!!
Chris
