After 4.2.2 upgrade all proxies report 8.4% configuration cache

After doing a 4.2.2 upgrade all proxies are reporting 8.4% configuration cache. I have added memory in the proxy.conf file but it does not seem to help.

how are the proxies monitored? from the proxies them self, or from Zabbix server?

we have three proxys I am using the zabbix proxy templpate and seeing the 8.4% on a zabbix server.
