Issue with Zabbix problems (actually the triggers)

Yesterday I shutdown Zabbix so I could relocate our server to a different building. It is in the same network, the same IP, nothing changed except the physical location. When I restarted Zabbix it still works as it did before the shutdown. Except for one thing. The Dashboard was showing the same problem multiple times. The EXACT same problem. Same time, same device, same duration, same values, all the same. So I started digging into it a bit more and found that some of my devices templates had been a bit changed. Several of the triggers had been duplicated in their template. But the original template was still good. Is there anyway to fix this without removing the template from all of the devices and then re associating the template with them?

The only way i can think, how this might have happened (unless a logical mistake) is of something strange happened to the DB, while migrating. Is the DB on the same server and was it also migrated?

It is all on the same server, there was no "Digital Migration". I shutdown the server, disconnected, put it in the car, drove it to a new location, plugged it in and turned it on. But something else has been brought to light with more time. All the devices showing this issue are from Ubiquiti. Other devices from Mikrotik, Dell and a few others, do not show any issues, just the Ubiquiti. Could it be an issue with a template? Or once you create a host, does it make its own copy of the template for that host?

Well it looks like the problem is with the template that I am using. I removed the templates from the devices with the problems and deleted the template, reinstalled the template, and then re associated the new template with the devices and the same thing happened. So it is not Zabbix that is the problem. Now I need to figure out the deal with the template.
