would you help me about this is:
I use official Cisco template for monitoring several switchs. For example, switch Cisco catalyst 4509 has several modules and every modul has 48 ethernet ports. I attached template on host (catalyst 4509). That's all right. I want to monitor only uplink ports to ISP and main ports, such as which downstream to other switchs or server's fabric. I can disable triggers on other port beside main ports. It does throught macros on host (IFCONTROL = 0). But bandwidth still are collecting on ports and my zabbix's DB may be will grow. That is why i wonder how i can easy monitor only main ports, but i want use official snmp templates?
