Error in zabbix-server and stop the service

Hi,

I have noticed that the service zabbix-server constantly has stopped and notice it is a warning displayed in the dashboard informing: "Zabbix server is not running: the information displayed may not be current."

I noticed by log (available in "/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log") immediately before the message stating that the server is stopped

27119:20140714:223354.525 Zabbix Server stopped. Zabbix 2.2.0 (revision 40163).

the message below:

*** glibc detected *** zabbix_server: vmware collector #2 [updated 0, removed 0 VMware services in 0.000002 sec, querying VMware services]: double free or corruption (out): 0x0000000002056f70 ***

And shortly thereafter a block that begins with "Backtrace" and other "Memory map:".

This problem happened once a month and a week ago has happened every day.

How can you help me?

Disk: 55G, 69% in use;
Memory: 4 GB;
Processor: VM in Hypervisor Vmware with 4 vCpu (x5650)
Hosts: 215
Items: 746
NVPS: 57.86
Data Base: MySQL 5.1.71
OS: CentOS 6 64 bits (2.6.32-431)

please upgrade to the latest version (2.2.4) there are some bug fixes..

Update was successful!

I'm always so afraid to update a version for the criticality and importance of Zabbix for our environment. But the problem that was looming and his suggestion, I also realized that the manual advises that the impact is very small.
