[Z3005] query failed: [1205] Lock wait timeout exceeded

I'm using zabbix 4.2.0, everything is working nice but one or two times a day i have this weird behaviour where i get a bunch of fake alerts and my graph stops working for 1 or 2 minutes.. When i see the zabbix server log i found this:

I found browsin the internet thah increasing the innodb timeout in my.cnf fixes this issue but it didn´t. My db size is 200GB.
innodb_lock_wait_timeout=500
Any ideas?
