    Please help troubleshooting email notification

    HI Everyone. I have spent the last day reading and watching a few youtube videos but I still seem to be missing something and I suspect it's with permissions. I am running Zabbix 4.0.9. I set up the media type. I created a user, set up the media for that user, added the user to a group and gave the group permissions to hoe host groups. I set up the actions and triggers. I still get no email. Nothing in Reports-> Actions although Reports->Triggers has the trigger. Interestingly, when I set up the super admin with the email address, I get the email, but not the regular user. Not sure why this is. Could it be because the Super Admin has permissions to all groups? Not sure what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you add an email sending process for the newly added user or user group in Operations on the Operations tab in the action settings?

      I believe so yes. Just to be sure. In Configuration-> Actions-> Operations, I do have an operation to send email immediately to the "Network Team" Group. The user pablo is part of this "Network Team" group.

        Well. It is working now. I decided to just remove all the actions and redo them and voila, I started to get email.
