I've got some custom UserParameters I use on a bunch of Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04 machines. However, one of my machines fails to report these items.
I can telnet to the machine from my Zabbix server and run my command manually via the agent:

OK so my UserParameter works, and I am getting results. But this one host reports nothing in the Zabbix UI. Other Ubuntu hosts (using the same template, and same custom .conf file in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d) all work great.
I can see the command run periodically in the agent's log.

I've removed / reapplied the template, even re-created the host from scratch.
Any suggestions? I set the LogLevel to 4 on both the agent and server but I am not seeing anything. I also upped the timeout on this one particular agent to 10 seconds. The Zabbix UI does not show an error on this item -- just no data.
All running 2.2.4.
