Zabbix-Server is not running after install new server with MariaDB

Hi guys, I'm new in Linux and Zabbix to. I'm not a good English Writer but I am going to try to explain my trouble.

I want to implement Zabbix in my office to monitoring some server and workstations but when I install (a clean installation) following the steps in this official video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYmkFf3AEBo always I get the error "Zabbix Server is not running" when I login into de web interface.

I realized that when MariaDB service is started the Zabbix-Server is down, but if I stop the MariaDB service and start the Zabbix then the Zabbix-server still running without any problem. I don't know why. I did the same steps on the video. Something is happening with MariaDB against Zabbix Server Service.

My server is CentOS 7.

I hope someone can help me with this.

What shows in zabbix_server.log ?

I think the settings for database access are incorrect. Have you set a password for database access in zabbix_server.conf? Did you set the password for the account created when creating the database?
Check the contents output to the log file of Zabbix server(/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log).
