netload in & out constant value only

First off, I was using a previous version of Zabbix and had no problems. A few days ago I saw alpha 5 was available and decided to do a fresh install. I deleted my agents, my DB, everything I could find, and installed the new version. Everything so far seems to be working great except for the netload item on one server, which previously worked just fine. I'm using zabbix_agentd, and this server is also where the zabbix_server runs. The values for all netload items (in,out, and different times) are constant. They are not all the same, but the values they display never changes. Here's a screen shot:



I started a download of a large file from this server, let it run for 10 minutes and the value never changed. Might anyone know something about this? I'm really at a loss of what the problem could be, all other values seem to be accurate, it is just this one.

Check if /tmp/zabbix_agentd.tmp exists and has read-write permission for user you're running ZABBIX under.

Awesome! The file had 666 perms and was .tmp2 and was not owned by the right user. The .tmp file was not deleted when I deleted everything else, thus .tmp2. I deleted them both and restart zabbix_agentd and instantly have a new value. Thank you very much!
