How to create a trigger for HAProxy apache actived ?

Hi,

I am new to zabbix. Now I'm doing a lab in which there is a HAProxy running apache connects to zabbix server.
The task is to create a trigger that is activated when there are more than 100 concurrent connections to the proxy.
when > 100 concurrent connectionsvidmate mobdro word counter


I've done a lot of google search but have yet to figured it out. Could someone tell me how or drop a hint ?
