How to implement High severity for some services but not all

We are using zabbix to monitor our windows/linux environment, we use the Service auto discovery to find services but some services we just don't care if they are down (wuauserv) while others we care very much if they are down (MSSQLServer) how can we configure Zabbix to trigger with a high or disaster when the services we care about are down but not for the rest.https://discord.software/ FetLife vshare
