Browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE) crash always after create the fourth item of a graph, create three items no problems

Fresh Installation
Linux 4.9.0-9-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.168-1+deb9u5 (2019-08-11) x86_64 GNU/Linux
MYSQL Database
Apache 2 with php 7.3
zabbix LTS last Version 4.0.12

Reboot does not help.

Have installed a second new zabbix server today, exactly the same problem, what is going on there? Is this a Bug ?

yes it was a workstation problem. Now i have installed a new browser. No Problems, all up and running
