After installing and setting up Zabbix on an AWS EC2, can't access Zabbix dashboard

After installing Zabbix on a RHEL-8 EC2 instance on AWS, I go to http://ip-of-my-ec2/zabbix in Chrome and go through setup. Once I click "finish" it brings me to "This site can’t be reached". If I clear cookies and cache, then I can get to the Zabbix login page, but once I log in as Admin (password: zabbix) I once again get "This site can't be reached". One time I was able to click "sign in as guest" and it brought me to a dashboard (which was empty, since we just installed Zabbix for the first time), but once I clicked on something I again got "This site can't be reached". I also tried this on Firefox and Internet Explorer with similar results.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea why this might be happening? Thanks!

This looks like an unusual problem. Let me look into it. Please tell me if you have opted for the conventional AWS server or the managed instance of AWS server. Sometimes, some minor things can cause severe issues.
