Add new proxy

Hi guys,
I was add new 2th proxy by duplication of exist proxy (vm machine linux) , clone vm server with new ip.

Change zabbix_proxy.conf file : new HostName .
Add new proxy to admin->proxies (all green).
Config agent on new proxy.

problem - no data from new elements that monitored by new proxy . latest data is empty . [Monitored by proxy changed to new]
no errors in zabbix_proxy.log
no errors in zabbix agent on new proxy (started ,ok) - latest data is empty [Monitored by proxy changed to new]

reboot proxy (server + service)
reboot server -> proxy log : "Unable to connect to the server" ,Connection restored. !!! so connection OK
maria db - > user ok, schema ok. but not new data in proxy_history table

WHAT CAN BE A PROBLEM ?

Is your second proxy running on a separate host?
Is the IP set correctly in "Administration -> Proxies"?
What's the "Last seen (age)" on that page?
