Connection timeout of 3 seconds exceeded when connecting to Zabbix server "localhost"

Trying to do authenticated SMTP to Office365 using the new Zabbix Appliance 4.2 (MySQL + Ubuntu) and it's not working so well.

The error message when testing/trying to validate the O365 account:
Connection timeout of 3 seconds exceeded when connecting to Zabbix server "localhost".

What is needed to fix this because I can't find much on Google/Forum/Reddit about what causes it or how to fix it.

The backend db:10051 is ok according to the dashboard and if you any need logs, please share the full path to the location.

I've heard great things about Zabbix, so I decided to give it a try, but the email notification instructions on the docs are NOT acceptable.

Are you sure guys you did correct settings in "Administration" -> "Media types" -> "Email" ?

I have same problem. I configure "Administration" -> "Media types" -> "Email" but I get an error message. I opened the 587 port but I think It's not about it.
