Monitor Disk on Window Server is not working

I installed agent to Window Server 2016 and Window Server 2012 R2 by
- zabbix_agent-4.2.7-win-amd64-openssl.msi
- zabbix_agent-4.2.6-win-amd64-openssl.msi

Problem 1 at Window Server 2016
- Template window cannot scan disk by automatically I add item by manual , It's work only C: but D: is not work
I gotError : Cannot obtain filesystem information.



Problem 2 at Window Server 2012 R2
- I can't see item : Processor load and I got Error : Collector is not started.
- the log of zabbix server show detail below

1940:20190930:152721.223 item "T1RMPDCM01erf_counter[\234(_Total)\1404]" became not supported: Invalid performance counter path.
1938:20190930:152726.234 item "T1RMPDCM01:system.cpu.load[percpu,avg15]" became not supported: Collector is not started.
1940:20190930:152727.236 item "T1RMPDCM01:system.cpu.load[percpu,avg1]" became not supported: Collector is not started.
1938:20190930:152728.239 item "T1RMPDCM01:system.cpu.load[percpu,avg5]" became not supported: Collector is not started.
1938:20190930:152732.246 item "T1RMPDCM01:system.uptime" became not supported: Cannot obtain system information.




Please give me the way to fix it .
