Housekeeper does not stop

On Sep 15, 2019 at 12pm my housekeeper went from its normal 20% cycle to 100% and has not stopped running since. I have had to increase my cache sizes for history index and write and my database has ballooned to over 200G. I am not sure where to start with troubleshooting this problem.

I think this there's a fix discovered for that already. I would suggest you to look that up in the forum. I hope that would be of any help.
