TemplatOS agent active - ZBX ICON Inactive

Hello,
I'm new to Zabbix and I still don't know if this is correct or not.
I configured 1 Zabbix server (rel 4.4, agent 4.4, Postgres12), 1 Ubuntu Linux (agent 3.02) and 1 Windows 10 (agent 4.4).
I tried to monitor all server with Zabbix Agent passive and all is OK.
switched to Zabbix Agent Active and only Zabbix server ZBX Icon is OK. On the other 2 hosts remain gray, but data are collected.

Any Suggestion?

The ZBX icon is green when a passive check is performed and the value is obtained. For active checks only, the ZBX icon is gray.
