Zabbix Remote monitor?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light what im trying to do, currently i have zabbix working monitor.mydomain.com the idea is that my clients which are externally can connect to monitor.mydomain.com, i was reading about the proxy setting on zabbix but also read that there is no email alert not sure if thats true?
So i was reading there are 2 ways the

1. first is the proxy i would configure the zabbix on pfsense

inside the config the server would the WAN IP 201.232.X.XX

Server port 10051

listen port 10051
After that im lost how to configure the other part on the zabbix server which is at another locationwhatsapp web 192.168.0.1 routerlogin


2) or the other option is portfoward All the zabbix clients chaging each client different ports and point to the WAN ip of the zabbix server?

If you don't have a vpn connection between zabbix location and monitored hosts location the best alternative would be to set-up a zabbix proxy in the monitored location, otherwise you need to put a different port on each zabbix agent and nat all those ports. where am i192.168.8.1192.168.100.1
