Template App SSH Service item SSH service is running showing wrong data

Hi,

Im running zabbix Zabbix 3.4.7

I got a few host with the "template app SSH service" and the Item is getting the "right" data on all servers but one.

In this case the "latest data" for this item is showing Down(0) when I test the key with zabbix_get from the zabbix server CLI/console/terminal I get 1

I don't understand what is happening!

Any help would be appreciated.

How could I troubleshoot is there any information that I could share to help me?

Ensure the IP is correct in the host interface in frontend. Is the port standard on that host, 22?

I've checked the IP and the DNS/URL a few time. The port is standard 22

This is a simple check so using zabbix_get is not the same. Instead, you should try "ssh <HOST-IP>" from server/proxy.

Great, I have tested that, and it was indeed blocked, I have now amended and waiting for data to update on zabbix server now. I will let you know if I have any further issues.
