KonicaMinolta printers monitoring problem

Hello,
via SNMPv3 I monitor group of KonicaMinolta printers. Two of them is KM Bizhub 364e Color. There is problem with items "Device Location" and "System Description". They show nothing.

For "Device Location" I have this settings:

name -- Device Location
type -- SNMPv3 agent
key -- SysLocation
SNMP OID -- 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.6.0

For "System Description" I have this settings:

name -- System Description
type -- SNMPv3 agent
key -- sysDescr.0
SNMP OID -- hrDeviceDescr.1


Both items has the same settings like items for printers KM Bizhub 368e. But the settings for KM 368 works without any problems and show all informations.

Any idea what's wrong?

Try to interview these oid using snmpwalk. On the device can stand a ban on getting a certain branches (see to the “view”)
